Bigescompany.com is an information and e-commerce site for Big E’s Custom Upfitters that specializes in the sale of Professional Grade Pilot/Escort Vehicle Equipment and Supplies as well as service on big trucks, pilot cars and emergency vehicles. Our goal is to provide great customer service. Should you be unhappy with the products that we send to you, they can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, (less the cost of Shipping & Handling). To return an item, call or email us and provide information as to why the item is being returned.
The Guidelines for returns are as follows:
1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Original shipping & handling costs are not refundable.

Items must be returned in original or equivalent packaging.

Item must be unused or in like new condition.

There are no returns or exchanges on international purchases.
To return or exchange an item, email customer support admin@bigescompany.com with pictures (if damaged) and indicate why the item is being returned and ship the item (and all original contents in the original packaging) back in its original packaging. Ship to the address given to you by customer service.

Big E's Kustom Kar'z provides accurate diagnoses, clear and detailed quotes with competitive prices. We check for leaks, Freon level, and blower volume. Parts are replaced as necessary. When a leak is not detectable upon initial inspection, a dye is used to pinpoint the location.
