A shipping fee is charged based on the shipping method you select from the checkout process. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This way, you can check delivery status!
 
Due to the demand for our products and the nature of the procurement and manufacturing processes involved in their production, some items found on our website may not be in stock for immediate shipment. It is our goal to produce and ship these products in as timely a manner as possible while maintaining the levels of quality you expect.
Receiving Instructions & Damage Claim Policy
Damages during transit are common when transporting this type of equipment. You must do your part and follow these simple steps and inspect your shipment for damages upon arrival. 
Many of our items are very large, bulky and heavy. A delivery driver may need assistance in unloading your units or they can become damaged. 
NEVER SIGN FOR ANY PACKAGE BEFORE YOU INSPECT IT. You must look at the packages to see if there is any damage. We recommend that you open each piece regardless of what the exterior of the cartons look like since there can be concealed damage. Once the driver leaves it is too late and it becomes your sole responsibility to file a claim. Call the trucking terminal immediately for instructions. 
If the driver will not let you open the packages, then fully inspect the outside of each carton and note any damages to the packaging no matter how small on the bill of lading such as the following: "Driver would not allow inspection prior to signing. Carton Damaged" or note any obvious damage found, the total number of damaged packages and description of the damage such as “hole inside of box #1” or “Box #2 Crushed on the corner with some damage”. Hold aside any damaged parcels for carrier inspector. Ask your delivery driver for the local phone number. 
If you find any damaged goods upon inspection simply note the item and quantity damaged on the bill of lading while the driver is there. Then notify Big E’s at 817-66-0160 at once for a replacement order. You will need to email your copy of the bill of lading noting the damages to Big E’s at admin@bigescompany.com.
All claims for damage must be made to Big E’s within 14 days of delivery. No claims can be processed after that time. Each freight company will have their own terms and restrictions on claims. 
IF YOU DO NOT MAKE NOTE OF DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY TICKET, IT BECOMES YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE THE CLAIMS WITH THE CARRIER. A NEW ITEM WILL BE SENT TO YOU BUT AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! 
Handling methods 
At checkout, the order handling charges are automatically calculated. Our Shipping and Handling Charges may include our costs for customer service, processing and shipping.
International Shipments
Shipping charges shown during the check-out process are for orders shipped to the U.S. only. If your order is shipping to Canada, we will contact you, via email, with the new shipping charges for your order. If you would like to know these charges before placing your order, please call us at 817-661-0160 or email us at bigescompany.com. 
Please note: Customs may delay your order. All custom duties and taxes are your responsibility.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL PUCHASES.

Big E's Kustom Kar'z provides accurate diagnoses, clear and detailed quotes with competitive prices. We check for leaks, Freon level, and blower volume. Parts are replaced as necessary. When a leak is not detectable upon initial inspection, a dye is used to pinpoint the location.
